Lawrence Lerner, CEO & Board Member

During his career, Lawrence has worked across industries in multiple roles (executive, lead technologist, public board director) to create $100Ms in new revenue, enable digital transformation, as well as scale businesses using edge technologies and processes. Whether it was re-architecting Dun & Bradstreet’s core product (35% growth), delivering the next generation of coupons across 31,000 retailers, growing an outsourcing business by $100M, defining Motorola’s smartphone strategy or helping launch a dozen startups, he’s generated wealth for businesses, owners, and shareholders.

Lawrence has worked in the cryptocurrency and digital payments spaces since the late 90’s. He recently helped Pithia raise its first series of funds.

Rolland Waters, Managing Director

Rolland has more than 30 years of experience as a key technical innovator for products by Microsoft, Sony, Cray, and BBN. He has been responsible for significant networking advances as well as the integration of speech recognition into several platforms. His first startup, RTIME, was acquired by Sony to form the core of the PlayStation Network. Rolland is also a member of The RChain Cooperative Executive Committee.

Navneet Suman, Managing Director

Navneet is an adherent of decentralization and has been involved with cryptocurrencies for several years. He has two decades of experience in the finance and technology industries. Previously, he worked for advisory firms and startups in varying capacities and was intimately involved with all aspects of the product development lifecycle. Navneet has been contributing to The RChain Cooperative since its inception.

Tamara Rogers, General Counsel

Tamara has experience with a variety of blockchain companies, where she drives due diligence and offers guidance on the regulatory framework of the larger blockchain ecosystem. Prior to working in the blockchain space, Tamara spent four years working with startups as a business and intellectual property attorney. She has also worked for the Washington State Legislature. Tamara has a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Greg Meredith, Founder & Board Member

Greg has 30 years of experience driving innovative technology projects and has a passion for the process calculus behind RChain’s innovations. Previously he was the Principal Architect of Microsoft's BizTalk Process Orchestration, an early-generation smart contracting technology. He also architected Microsoft's Highwire programming language and an ATM network management solution for AT&T/NCR. He was a co-designer and developer of MCC's Rosette/ESS reflective actor-based programming language and execution engine.

Greg is the Founder and President of the RChain Cooperative.

Ed Eykholt, Founder & Board Member

Ed has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, managing products and software teams in complex and mission-critical domains such medical imaging and electric grid management, as well as software development tools teams at Rational Software and Microsoft. While at Rational, he led the industry standardization of the Unified Modeling Language. Ed is also a co-founder of The RChain Cooperative.
